Daniel Vulchev was born on October 10, 1962 in Burgas.

He graduated in Law and became member of the Sofia Bar Association since 1998. A co-manager of the legal consultancy company "A&B Consulting" Ltd., established in 1994.

He was a member of the Governing Council of the Golden Sands Sea Resort until 1995. He was member of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Company "Bulstrad-Life" for a short time, member of the Board of Directors of Riviera IN Plc., occupying with the development of privatization projects, consulting, marketing, leasing etc., member of the Board of Directors of Riviera Management Plc. since 1998.

He represented the Albin Corporation on the British Virginia Islands.

He is a member of the Supervisory Council of Rosseximbank Plc. representing DemexCo Consultants Ltd., Cyprus, since September 2000.

He is owner of Daniel Vulchev-Consulting Company, making market researches, trading domestically and abroad.

Vulchev is a senior assistant professor in General Theory of Law at the Faculty of Law of the St. Kliment Ochridski Sofia University.

He headed the working group elaborating the Statute of Simeon II National Movement Party.

Vulchev entered the 39th National Assembly as an MP from Russe and was member of the Committee on legal issues. Chair of the Committee on European integration and the Delegation to the Joint Parliamentary Committee Bulgaria - European Union.

He became an MP from Dobrich in the 40th National Assembly on the ticket of SIINM.

Daniel Vulchev speaks French, English, and Russian.

He is married and has two children.
