A Bulgarian student was imposed a fine for sending an ominous sms to the Interior's chief secretary, media reported.
"Don't mess with the game or we will have you shot dead," the short message read.
Receiver Lieutenant-General Boyko Borisov complained that, though not the first of its kind, the menace frightened his closest people.
Student Zdravko Zdravkov, who sent the sms, will have to pay a fine of BGN 800 (EUR 409) or appeal against the court ruling within two week.
