Quake Hits Northeast of Sofia

An earthquake rocked the territory northeast of the capital Sofia at noon.

The quake measured 4.5 on the Richter scale, its epicenter was registered at 400 km northeast of Sofia.

The tremour was felt in the Northeastern regions of Bulgaria.

The earthquake caused no damages or casualties.

Five days earlier a moderate earthquake, measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale, rocked the territory southeast of the capital Sofia Wednesday evening.
