4 Held over Berg Beheading - Report
Politics | July 5, 2004, MondayIraqi police have arrested four men involved in the beheading of American businessman Nicholas Berg, according to Sky News reports.
The decapitation of Berg, who disappeared April 9, was shown in a grisly video on a Web site bearing the title "Abu Musab al-Zarqawi shown slaughtering an American."
The Islamic guerrillas who decapitated him said they were avenging the mistreatment of Iraqi prisoners by U.S. soldiers.
His decapitated body was found in the beginning of May in Baghdad.
