EU Standards Trouble Bulgarian Wine Producers

Bulgaria's wine producers are disturbed by the country's commitments en route to joining EU.

By 2007, the country's target date for becoming a full member, Bulgaria will have to double its vine-sown area. But viticulturists seem to doubt that ambition could turn into reality in such a short term.

They also pointed out that vine growing needed more investments.
