Seventeen of Bulgarians who survived the Serbia crash have left hospital, and are on their way back home.

One kid died when the vehicle plunged into the Lim River. There were 50 people on the bus, ten are still missing. Most of the travelers were pupils from the town of Svishtov.

Emergency aid company Air Ban, fully owned by the DZI-Roseximbank financial group, declared readiness to send helicopters to the site. The aircraft may carry Bulgarian medical teams to Serbia, and then bring survivors home.

The bus accident took place at about 10 p.m. Bad weather conditions are said to be the most likely cause.
