I expect that we will work together for a better, more peaceful world, US President Bush said in his address to the seven new NATO members.
He hosted a special ceremony at the White House to welcome Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia into the Alliance. Their prime ministers attended the event after handing accession documents to Colin Powell.
In his speech, Bush thanked the seven nations for contributing to world's anti-terror fight.
We have overcome great dangers, but our work in NATO is not done, the US President underlined.
