Trade between Bulgaria, Uzbekistan Set at USD 50 M in 2 Y

Trade between Bulgaria and Uzbekistan was projected to tower to USD 50 M over the next two years by Uzbek Deputy Prime Minister Elyor Ganiyev.

Ganiyev chaired the two-day meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation. The Commission comes ahead of the official visit by Uzbek President Islom Karimov, which will begin on Monday.

The Commission reviews ways for intensifying trade and economic ties between the two countries.
