Following the final ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court Friday to annul the government's decision to close third and fourth units of N-plant Kozloduy in 2006, the Cabinet is now making a full legal analysis how these developments will influence Bulgaria's negotiations with the European Union.

Energy Minister Milko Kovachev said that in an interview for local Darik radio and declined to comment the specifics of the court ruling.

"I continue to claim that the decision for the closure of third and fourth units of N-plant Kozloduy was a reasonable move," the minister said.

The Bulgarian government will comply with the decision, he added.
