Anglais,

The Commie Regime currently "governing" MUST always allow for a large budget, so that afew of the lucky one's "close and connected to the top in any project" are able to divert the odd mill or two, to their off-shore private bank accounts; and without anyone noticing. That's how it works in BG.

I hope 56 millions will not go only to renovate the building of the railway station alone, which is truly awful and dirty, but the area around it too. It is the nastiest region of Sofia.

good news it's being done up, but how on earth do they budget it at 56 million? that seems an extraordinarily large sum of cash.
