US Expresses Condolences Over Volgograd Bus Bombing
The United States has expressed its condolences to Russia over the terrorist attack on a bus in Volgograd.
"The US government offers its most sincere condolences to the families of those killed and injured in the terrorist act in Volgograd", wrote US Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul, through social media.
The explosion took place around 2 PM local time, killing at least 5 people and injuring 28. The act was carried out by a suicide bomber, suspected to be a woman from Dagestan region.
