There is constant seismic activity in BG and surrounding nations which equates to great potential danger for catastrophy; and the Commies are still hell bent on building the Belene NPP. Most other nations are closing theirs down, but BG is living in LA LA Land and are decades behind the times and everyone else, as usual.
