Caretaker Bulgarian PM Marin Raykov met Monday EU Humanitarian Aid Commissioner, Bulgarian Kristalina Georgieva.
The two discussed the cooperation between Bulgaria and the European Commission, as well as the decision of the last European Council.
"The effective absorption of EU funds is one of the chief priorities of the caretaker cabinet. The appointment of a Deputy-PM in that area is a manifestation of this policy," stated Raykov.
Bulgaria's PM and EU Commissioner further discussed the outstanding issues in the implementation of the EU's Third Energy Package in Bulgaria.
