Bulgaria's PM Taps UK Experience

Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borisov paid an official visit to the UK and conferred with the Queen. Borisov asked the queen what is her secret to the perfect governance of her country.

"It's an easy task. The only thing you need are clever people around you. Just like my Prime Minister David Cameron. One day I asked him to come over and asked him: "If your father has a child and your mother has a child, but it's neither your sister nor your brother, who is it then?" Cameron answered without a moment of hesitation: "Well, that must be me." That was the correct answer and I was happy with him."

Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borisov answered:

"Now I understand. I will definitely put my ministers to the same test when I get back home."

Once Borisov returned to Bulgaria, he called his closest ally – Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov.

"I want to ask you something. If your father has a child and your mother has a child, but it's neither your sister nor your brother, who is it then?"

Tsevtanov thought for quite a long time and eventually said:

"May I answer you tomorrow?"

Borisov agreed.

Tsvetanov hurriedly convened all the ministers from the government and posed them the same question. They thought for quite a long time and eventually decided to call President Plevneliev. They all were unanimous he is a wise man and will definitely provide them with an answer.

After hearing the question, President Plevneliev said:

"Well, that must be me."

Happy that he finally knows the answer to the prime minister's question, Tsvetanov ran to Borisov's office and chirped:

"I know the answer!"

Borisov said:

"Ok, so who is that person?"

"This is President Rosen Plevneliev!"

Borisov slapped his forehead in exasperation.

"You are so stupid, man! That person is not Rosen Plevneliev! That person is David Cameron!"
