A hardy dinner with a full stomach makes you forget austerity and EU Sovereign control on my Christmas Holiday in Bulgaria.
Family and Friends by far overpowers AUSTERITY when we share our food and drink.
Let us return to simplicity and forget AUSTERITY since simplicity is a natural occurance that is sustainable.
...not mine, but look at "Last Supper"--- Leonardo shows the moment in which Jesus announces to the Apostles that he knows: one of them will betray him......(Judas is the fourth figure from left of the painting)
This Christmas I visited my family in Sofia after a long flight from Latin America and the USA.
In Sofia, I looked at our Bulgarian Christmas Table and was shocked at the Bulgarian Economic Austerity inflicted upon my Christmas Holiday.
When I was a child in Bulgaria my mother and father filled two tables with food, sweets and drinks.
Now Bulgarian-Euro Austerity.
It seems the Bulgarian-Euro Austerity has brought forth, "THE LAST SUPPER".
I miss our old Bulgarian Traditional Winter Holidays with frolic and food and drink.
Austerity brings forth sadness and a freeze to our economy that affects sustainabity.
