The boss of a small company one day gathered the staff and said:

- I have some bad news. Because of the economic crisis I am forced to dismiss some of you.

A Roma man said:

- You can not kick me out, I am from the minority and will take you to court if you touch me.

The secretary said:

-I am the only woman here. Just dare leave me without a job and I will sue for male chauvinism.

- A Muslim man said:

- Just dare dismiss me and you will end up in court for racial discrimination.

An elderly woman said:

- Just try to kick me out and you will be sued for age discrimination.

At that moment everybody turned their eyes towards the young, white and healthy worker. He stood silent for a moment and then said:

- I think I am going gay…
