Bulgaria: Schaeuble: No More Bailout for Greece EPA/BGNES

Germany is againt allotting additional bailout funds for Greec, stated German Minister of Finance Wolfgang Schaeuble.

Schaeuble has stated that his and other EU countries have already done enough to aid Greece.

"The EU's financial resources are not unlimited, and it is irresponsible to throw money in a bottomless pit," stated the German Finance Minister.

In the next 2 years, the Greek government has to make cuts worth EUR 14 B, up from a previously estimated EUR 11.5 B.

This target has been set by the creditors' trio of the European Commission, European Central Bank, and International Monetary Fund, following troubles with privatization and revenue from taxes in Greece.
