Manchester United's Dimitar Berbatov is eager to move to Italian giants AC Milan, his agent, Emil Danchev, has revealed.

Danchev is looking for talks with AC Milan over the 31-year-old striker who has been told he can leave Old Trafford.

"I know that Milan and Juventus are looking for a striker. I can say that they are two big clubs. I cannot say much but I do say that Berbatov likes Milan and looks good in red and black," the agent has told calciomercato.com.

"Dimitar would run to AC Milan, because the club have appreciated him for years. They will have to speak with Manchester United and start negotiations."

Berbatov has already made it perfectly clear that he does not want to stay with the Red Devils.

"I want to play, I want to help. But for unknown reasons it's not going to happen or my chances will be limited, so it's better for everyone if we say goodbye," the Bulgarian striker recently said on Facebook.
