Bulgaria's tennis hopeful Grigor Dimitrov has moved 7 positions up the ATP Rankings, reaching the 65th spot.

The youngster had an impressive run at the AEGON Championships at Queens Club in London last week, reaching his first ever semifinal of an ATP tournament (thus, he also became the first Bulgarian male tennis player to reach that stage).

Dimitrov defeated Nicolas Mahut and Kevin Anderson before losing to David Nalbandian.

The 21-year-old Bulgarian now has a total of 691 points. His highest ranking was No. 52 (August 22, 2011).

25-year-old Novak Djokovic holds top place with 12,280 points, while Rafael Nadal stands at the second spot with 10,060 points.
