Kyrgyzstan's acting Prime Minister Almazbek Atambayev is officially declared the winner of the presidential race in Kyrgyzstan, the country's Central Election Committee chairman said Saturday.
"Atambaev garnered 62.52% of the vote at the October 30 presidential elections", Tuygunaly Abdraimov announced as cited by RIA Novosti.
Adakhan Madumarov came second, with 14.78% of the vote. Kamchibek Tashiyev took third place, with 14.32% of the vote.
