Greece's newly appointed Finance Minister  Evangelos Venizelos is heading to Luxembourg Sunday to attend talks on a second economic bailout package for his country.

He joins other European Union finance ministers in Luxembourg for a two-day meeting on Europe's economic outlook, CNN reports.

The Ministers will discuss recent economic and financial developments in Greece on the basis of the fourth review of the economic adjustment programme of Greece.

Venizelos, was appointed as Greece's new Finance Minister on Friday, when Prime Minister George Papandreou reshuffled the cabinet after three weeks of anti-austerity street demonstrations in Athens.

The Greek bailout tops the agenda of the meeting of the Eurogroup and Economic and Finance Ministers Council, but the first review of the EU/IMF financial assistance programme for Ireland, as well as measures concerning Portugal's financial stability will also be discussed.
