Three Bulgarians have been arrested for skimming ATM devices in two separate instances in Italy.

A 27-year-old Bulgarian man was arrested in Bologna while trying to get a skimming device that he had planted from an ATM, Italian online media reported.

He was caught by a guard who saw there was something irregular going on with the street ATM from the inside of the building.

Meanwhile, in Italy's Rimini, two other Bulgarians – a 34-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman – were caught with a skimming device and a microcamera in their car that they planned to plant in a local ATM. The man was driving with a forged driver's license.
