Workers have started pouring concrete into a whole of unit 2 of Fukushima NPP, out of which radioactive water has been found to leak into the ocean.

Radiation near the crack is 5 times above the norm.

Experts are looking for other cracks though which radioactive substances might have an easier escape.

Some are arguing that it is precisely the escape of radioactive water from the NPP is to be held accountable for the increased level of radiation from the water in the area of the site.

Workers have also started spraying the territory of Fukushima with special synthetic resins in order to limit the radiation emitted.

Since workers are exposed to high levels of radiation, they are staying at the site only for short periods of time.
