Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych make a blunder by calling Bulgaria "Belarus" during a visit to Ukrainian Black Sea city of Kherson.

As reported by Ukrainian news portal Nash Vek, Yanukovych made the mistake after paying a visit to the dock-building factory of Pallada in Kherson.

The Ukrainian President commended Pallada for its activities, in particular for allegedly landing a contract for the construction of a 23,500-tonne dock to be built in Belarus.

The contract is apparently for a facility in Bulgaria. To boot, Ukraine's neighbor Belarus is a landlocked country.
