The Russian Investigative Committee took five days to unravel the plot behind the terrorist attack on the Moscow "Domodedovo" airport, the Russian information agency ITAR-TASS reports Saturday.
35 people, including foreigners, died and over 130 were injured during an explosion at the airport on January 24th. 130 are still listed in Moscow hospitals.
The spokesperson of the Investigative Committee, Vladimir Markin, announced the authorities now know the truth about the attack, but promised more details later Saturday.
Markin thanked all citizens who called with information on the case. A total of 88 investigators, terrorism and criminal experts, police and local FBI have taken part in the probe.
The Russian information agency Interfax reports the authorities are looking for several suspects in the case. The agency cites undisclosed sources form the security services.
