Several flights to and from the Sofia International Airport were delayed Monday due to the anti-icing procedures, the Bulgarian News Agency reported.

The airport's runway and landing zone is clean, ramp sites, too. Arriving and departing of airplanes are conducted in snowfall.

There is no information about canceled flights.

There were delays in the departing of a Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt, of a Wizz Air flight to Rome and of Bulgaria Air flights to Brussels, Amsterdam, Athens and Madrid.

Flights of the Czech airlines to Prague and of Austrian airlines to Vienna were also delayed.
