Stanishev, who was also Bulgaria's Prime Minister during the previous cabinet term, spoke during a celebration in the village of Krasava in western Bulgaria dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the founding of the local communist organization.
The socialist leader informed party followers and supporters, gathered for the event, that the approval rate of the ruling, center-right Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria party (GERB) is going down fast, the discontent among common Bulgarians is rising, and mass protests are brewing for the fall.
