Tax forms with barcodes for more accurate calculations can now be obtained from Bulgaria’s NRA. File Photo
Friday is the last day for Bulgarians to submit their 2009 tax forms with the National Revenue Agency (NRA) whose offices are opened non-stop and until they have customers.
Those, who wish to avoid the long lines, since Bulgarians traditionally postpone their tax filing until the last day, can mail their forms or submit them online, but for the latter they must have an electronic signature.
NRA points out that people will save time of they obtain from the internet www.nap.bg a tax declaration with a barcode. It does not require an electronic signature, and must be printed after completion, but the calculations are made online thus more accurate than on ordinary tax forms.
