An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.6 has struck in southern Greece, Athens Geodynamic Institute said.

There were no reports of damage or injuries.

The institute said Friday's quake occurred at 3:53 a.m. (0153GMT) with an epicenter 180 kilometers (112 miles) south of the Greek capital, Athens, in the sea southeast of the Peloponnese.
