Look at it this way - at least the developers who are finishing the projects they started are keeping a percentage of people from unemployment. The market will rebound in the months and years ahead - everything is cyclical, don't forget that.

Anas,

Your point is well taken. Just know that market “cycles” are never measured in months but in years-usually 5-7 at that!

The thrust of my post was the point that nobody increases production of goods in a “recession” – downtrend environment.

As we see here bg- it is just the opposite!

What do you make of the Bulgarian Formula 1-gate involving the Abu Dhabi company EABG?
It demonstrates the total incompetence of the Bulgarian state administration.

It is a plot on part of certain people trying to extort money from the Abu Dhabi company.

It is a attempt to establish a Formula 1 facility with foreign money in order to serve the interests of certain circles in Bulgaria.

It is a genuine attempt to find a proper foreign investor for a Formula 1 facility in Bulgaria which ran into trouble because of misunderstandings.
