The Sofia City Court will rule on February 22 on whether to release Daniel Dimitrov aka Releto (the Relay) from custody,

According to the presented medical expertise Dimitrov must have 12 teeth extracted in a specialized clinic thus he must be released from permanent detention.

The Court will examine additional medical testimony about The Relay's health condition and will decide on whether he can be treated at the Interior Ministry's hospital or at another facility.

Dimitrov is a member of the notorious “The Impudent” kidnap gang and was detained on December 19 during the special police operation under the same name.

He first requested to be released on February 1, but the magistrates ruled they needed medical evidence.
