The management of Sofia Airport have on Wednesday released statistics that show a decrease in flights and passenger traffic for the month of November.
Flights into and out of the airport totalled 3 455, a 5,8% decrease compared with November 2008.
Passenger numbers for the month amounted to 213 200, representing a 3% year-on-year drop.
Wednesday, November 4 was the busiest day at both of the airport terminals, with 8 247 passengers recorded.
