Dzheihan Ibryamov is the new Chair of the youth organization of Bulgaria’s ethnic Turkish party Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS).
Ibryamov, who is the Executive Director of the “Tolerance” Union, takes the lead of the DPS youth organization after the 3-year term of Korman Ismailov.
The new Chair was elected at the Fifth National Conference of the DPS youth organization, held Saturday at the National Palace of Culture in Sofia.
327 delegates attended the conference.
Official guests included the party leader, Ahmed Dogan, the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Hristo Biserov, the Deputy Chair of the DPS Parliamentary Group, Lyutvi Mestan, and other high-ranking party members.
