The case in which all money in the bank account of the Bulgarian Presidency was suddenly withdrawn by the Finance Ministry is
clearly a technical mistake as it was described by Finance Minister, Simeon Djankov; President Parvanov has undeservedly called Djankov a "liar" over this explanation.

a clear and deserved warning for President Parvanov on part of the GERB government as Parvanov has been overstepping his power and meddling into the work of the executive branch.

obviously a deliberate but blatantly outrageous act on part of the GERB government to scare President Parvanov into submission.
