Bulgaria and Israel signed Tuesday in Tel Aviv the first bilateral agreement for social security.
The agreement was ratified by the Bulgarian Social Policy and Labor Minister, Totyu Mladenov, and the Israeli Welfare and Social Services Minister, Isaac Herzog. Mladenov is on an official visit to Israel.
The document aims at encouragement of the movement of people and capital, and is one of the first social security agreements concluded by Bulgaria with a third country outside the European Union.
