Bulgaria: Light Earthquake in Southwest Bulgaria 3,0-magnitude earthquake was registered in Southwest Bulgaria early Sunday morning. Photo by BGNES

A light earthquake with a magnitude of 3,0 on the Richter scale has been registered in Southwest Bulgaria.

The quake hit the Blagoevgrad District shortly after 5 am. Its epicenter was 80 south of Sofia. There is no data of damages or casualties.
