An inspection by the National Revenue Agency (NRA) has discovered that workers from its regional directorate in Sliven were involved in a scheme for the draining of V.A.T.
The Director of the NRA, Krasimir Stefanov, reported that the investigation uncovered the draining of BGN 300 000 of V.A.T in a scheme that involved workers from the Sliven NRA, Standart daily reported.
The full details of the investigation will become clear in the next few days and will lead to some NRA employees being fired, BGNES reported.
Meanwhile, NRA Director, Krasimir Stefanov, reported that the agency check-up into the property of ethnic Turkish DPS party leader Ahmed Dogan has been completed.
He continued that results from the check-up are now being studied by the NRA and information will be released soon.
