Bulgarian national TV channel bTV has announced that it plans to launch two new themed channels by the end of the year.
bTV Comedy, which will succeed the cable GTV, and bTV Cinema will complement and enhance the program proposals of the broadcaster.
Both channels will be broadcast via cable. The comedy channel will air foreign productions as well as all comedy shows that have been shown so far on bTV.
The film channel, on the other hand, will bring recent and popular film titles.
bTV is owned by Balkan News Corporation of media tycoon Rupert Murdock.
