The Greek police have arrested a Bulgarian who attempted to rob a branch of the National Bank of Greece.
The 30-year-old man whose name has not been released pretended to be a client, and remained in the bank after it closed on Friday.
As he tried to open the saves, however, the security system got activated, and he remained locked inside for two days, the Greek TV station NET reported.
The bank personnel did not manage to unlock the doors, and the police had to destroy a wall in order to get the wretched Bulgarian bank robber out.
