Bulgaria's conservative RZS party will officially request Tuesday for the Constitutional Court to investigate the results in the Bulgarian general elections from the polling booths in Turkey.
The leader of the "Order, Law and Justice"(RZS) said Tuesday that his party will also ask the Central Electoral Commission to collect all of the ballot papers together that were received from the Turkish polling stations.
Yanev described the Bulgarian election results from the Turkish booths as "totally corrupt". He continued that there had been a huge number of "phantom votes."
Yanev recently stated that it was absolutely impossible for the polling stations in Turkey to have dealt with 1600 people each, especially as "70% of the voters there could not even read or speak or read Bulgarian."
Members of Bulgaria's opposition "Order, Law and Justice" (RZS) party along with their coalition partners blockaded Bulgaria's ethnic Turkish party (DPS) headquarters and the Turkish border before the vote over the record number - 123 polling booths that were opened in Turkey for the Bulgarian general elections.
The RZS party passed the threshold to enter the new Bulgarian parliament with a little over 4,13% of the votes - 10 MPs.
The ethnic Turkish party DPS, which was also part of the ruling three-way coalition will have 38 MPs in the new parliament.
