A second small-scale earthquake was felt in Southwest Bulgaria Sunday evening, about four hours after a previous quake.

The epicenter of the earthquake was 160 km southwest of the capital Sofia, and was located on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, according to data provided by the Seismology Center of the Geophysical Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

The magnitude of the quake was 3 on the Richter scale. There is no data about damages or casualties.

Earlier Sunday night - around 4:30 pm - a 2,6-magnitude earthquake was felt with an epicenter of 90 km southwest of Sofia, close to the city of Blagoevgrad.
