The Political Council of the opposition "Order, Law and Justice" (RZS) party had signed a contract with a team of bodyguards from Bulgaria and Israel.
The team will provide 24/24 protection of the RZS leader, Yane Yanev.
The RZS leadership stated Monday that they had to resort to private security due to the silent refusal of State structures to provide protection for Yanev, despite warnings and recommendations coming from the Prosecutors Office.
The Israeli side will provide the services free of charge and with the active assistance of the former MOSSAD Chief, Danny Yatom.
The Bulgarian private security company "Vanguard Security" will guard Yanev until July 5 for the fee of BGN 3 000.
The team will further provide logistics assistance during the RZS public events.
The threats against Yanev allegedly began several months ago, immediately after the scandal with the former Director of the National Revenue Agency, Maria Murgina, according to RZS headquarters.
Yanev had received phone and text threat messages. One of them read: "Close you mouth scoundrel or you will kick the bucket."

Who ever the guards might be or coming from its a shame that a bulgarian politician can not speak alaud what ever he wants to in his native country and being treathened by fundamental islamist. What about the Bulgarian people, who is going to guard them after almost twenty years of genocidal developments? Surely this has more to do with Yane Yanev's murky connections with the world of espionage than anything else. How exactly do you go about finding and "ex" Mossad agent for your security? Is he in Yellow Pages? Can anybody hire him?

Maybe his "parental unit" was an ex-commie secret service, but Yane is too young to have been anything except a student before 1989. He could not have possibly been involved in the communist government prior to 1989 as anything, certainly not a spy.

You bet, that they are going to wach you to 24 hours... There are some elements which are thinking that they will not be held accountable for their fanatic turkish nationalism... the day is closing on guys, the Mother homeland is expecting you, that time without an BUlgarian EU citizenship, because a new law is alreadyt prepared and will be introduced, a BUlgarian citizen, will only have the right to have ONE citizenship. So Mr. Stoyan Ganev that clown, will have to choose between US and Bulgarian, so 300 000 or 500 000 or one million so called BUlgarians, with turkish passports, will have to choose, and most probably stay in Turkey, so 2 000 000 macedonians will also have to choose...So the always smiling "socialist leader" will also have to choose definetely, giving up the leadership and finding a job on the BUlgarian job market, without beeing guarded by Mossad, Bodygards.
