The Municipal Court of Sofia has postponed Monday the power misuse case of the municipal Sofiyski Imoti property company (Sofia Properties).

The court will gather again on July 4, 2009, Darik Radio reported.

The prosecutors office accused fourteen former officials from the municipal company of causing losses to the firm amounting to BGN 2 007 946, in December 2008.

Among the accused are Sofiyski Imoti ex-CEOs, Toshko Dobrev, and Petar Savov.

In the years 2003-2004, the municipal company allegedly let out buildings, apartments and office spaces in the center of the city for prices considerably lower than their market value.
