The European Commission has decided to block EUR 150 M for Greece over disobeying of the European waste regulations.

The money has been stopped because the Balkan country has delayed dumping grounds projects, and has violated EU waste managing legislature, the Greek newspaper Ethnos announced.

Greece has a deadline until the end of the summer to close 393 dumping grounds, otherwise, the country will be sued.
