The Bulgarian math wiz, Diko Mihov, bought in January two condos at 111 W. 67th Street in Lincoln Square in Manhattan, the US online publication manhattan.blockshopper.com reported.
Mihov purchased the two apartments on the same day and spent close to USD 8,5 M.
According to the publication, Mihov has served as a managing director of the Hedge Fond D. Show in New York. Originally from Bulgaria, he earned his bachelor's in mathematics from Sofia University before obtaining a Ph.D. in mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
There were 933 condo sales in Lincoln Square in 2008, with a median price of USD 898,000, the publication reports.
