More than BGN 70 M will be allocated to the repair works to be done at the students' dormitories across Bulgaria, governmental press service announced Wednesday.
The news emerged after the meeting of the Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev with representatives of the Education Ministry.
The total sum to be invested by the ministry for different education purposes is set at about BGN 100 M.
The plans include also repairs of up to 200 schools around the country.
"There should be used all effective measures for the proper fulfillment of the investment programs," the premier underlined.
Wednesday's meeting was the first in a series of the conversations Stanishev is to hold with representatives of all Bulgarian state institutions in an attempt of solving the problems they currently face.
