The evaluation from the IMF will conclude that the Bulgarian economy is Status Quo without Innovation by the Bulgarian population.

The Bulgarian population is brain dead when it comes to innovation.

To arrive at innovation in Bulgaria you have to walk hand and hand with a whip.

Projects that develop Bulgarian infrastructure that is sustainable we must integrate Bulgarian initiative and innovation that is national in nature and not foreign but Bulgarian.

A proud Bulgarian is a Bulgarian that sits on his 'ass" to determine how to make money without work.
