For the American military Russia is the most profitable USA\'s enemy.. they can pay mortgages and live to receive pensions making Cold wars, Proxy wars ... Covered wars etch with Russia .....and knowing that Russia is not actually intending to attack USA, because it cant. With other enemies that are actually intending to attack USA these military are not so eager to go in confrontation. Because they may be fired.. after all thous that set up the attack on 11 of September they also sponsor the USA\'s presidents.. better go after Russia after all.

But to put the things strait Russia has two allies on the Balkan that declare full loyalty to Russia. Greece and Serbia and they are historically hostile to Bulgaria.... so things are complex here.. but the Serbs (the most loyal to Russia) put Russia in such a trap that she never recovered after that..Was Russian loyalty to these countries worth for Russia..?? The Russian historians will probably say no..not worth WWI and the demise of the empire... but the simple Russians are conditioned to love Greece and Serbia.
