Actually he demands guarantees from the EU administration.. but this administration cant guarantee anything... They are occupied to save their skins for the numerous failed politics.... performed under heavy lobism of shadow lobbyist groups. Green energy extortion..green debt creation...abuse of the national and cultural values .... protectionism and deindustrialization of smaller countries in favor of particular west European countries and corporations..... extraterrestrial hypocrisy and arrogance German style... etch. The EU administration can only guarantee that ISIS will make head quarters in Europe... so no one can guarantee anything in Europe anymore.
