Bulgaria's cabinet should resign for failing to prevent Monday's crash near the soon to be opened Yana junction of the Hemus Highway, said former PM Boyko Borisov.
"I call on PM Plamen Oresharski to immediately release from duty Regional Development Minister Desislava Terzieva, I also call on the prosecution to act regarding the criminal neglicence of this minister, who delayed the opening of the completed junction," said Borisov in a special statement.
"I am also calling for a resignation of the whole Oresharski cabinet. People who think their egoism is above public interest and safety have no place in Bulgaria's government," added he.

“A Romanian driver of a long vehicle truck, who fell asleep or exceeded the speed limit, is believed to have triggered the hellish chain crash on Hemus highway in Bulgaria Monday, which killed 2, police said.”
With this new information, does it mean that Borisov will now call for the resignation of the Romanian government?
